By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, you shall not use this website. The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 

Use of the Site

You are either at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Product representations expressed on this Site are those of the vendor and are not made by us. Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.

To purchase any goods or commodity through Tryshop Kenya,

1.   You must first send the unique code (written below the product you wish to purchase) to any of the contacts provided. This will enable the buyer to book his or her order.

2.   Once you have made your order, a deposit of a quarter of the written price is required to confirm that you are a genuine and serious customer. Your identification card number is required. The deposit is refundable. If you want to be refunded the money, call any of the contact provided in the website. It will take time to confirm with our records. Once confirmed, all the deposit will be refunded. This process will take a maximum of four (4) days. All transactions should be done through the numbers provided in our website only for full guaranteed refund.

3.   All payments should be done openly. Goods and commodities whose written price exceeds Kshs. 5,000 should make their payments through M-Pesa or Airtel Money only. For Goods whose written price is Kshs. 5,000 or below can make their payments through any of the methods stated above including cash.

4.   Once your down payment/ deposit is confirmed paid, you must submit information of who will pick up the item and where. Clear and accurate information should be given to prevent confusion during delivery. The identification card number or passport of the recipient is required to prevent fraud unless otherwise.

5.   Delivery at the moment will be done at only public place at no fee. Transactions at not allowed ant any other places except those written in our transaction areas agreement. Sorry for the inconveniences caused. Tryshop Kenya is doing its best to expand its delivery.

6.   Once the buyer has selected the area you would wish to conduct the transaction, he or she will be given the exact time and date for the trade. All buyers are required to be punctual and time keeping to avoid inconveniences. On encountering any of our persons sent to deliver the buyers goods or commodity, please ask for his budge to avoid fraudsters.

The following terms and conditions govern our goods and commodities:

1.   When purchasing any goods or commodity, there is no negotiation. Any discount must be stated in our website. Further discounts may only be given on the basis of you punctuality on delivery or otherwise.

2.   For all electronics, we have a six month warranty if not stated. The electronic device must accord with all stated in our warranty agreement.The warranty agreement comes with the device. Our clothes and jewelry are not covered by our warranty.

3.   No transactions are carried out by foreign currencies other than Kenya Shillings as stated. No credit cards are accepted at the moment. No barter trade is accepted.

4.   No deliveries are carried out at night.

Tryshop Kenya shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions.

User Submissions

Anything that you submit to the Site and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.

Trademarks and Copyrights

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Kenyan copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.
